  As a Product Manager - Mobile Banking App (f/m/d), you will be integral to our agile international mobile banking app team. The team creates digital finance services for Commerzbank and you will support them in developing the mobile banking app with its 2+ million users and its focus on innovation, usability, and high-quality software.

What you should bring to the table

As part of our mobile banking team, you will be responsible for your own Value Stream.
You define and develop your roadmap in the context of the overall strategy.
You enable your team to develop high quality features and meet roadmap milestones.
You can balance act between developing new features and ensuring the stability of existing features.
You will make data-driven decisions based on insights from product analytics and UX research.
You work closely with design, engineering and business to align and specify requirements.
You develop a deep understanding and empathy for the needs and behaviors of our users.
You build close relationships and convince through clear communication with other teams of Neugelb and Commerzbank.

Why us?

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in agile product management, previous mobile app development experience is a bonus but not a must have.
You have knowledge and understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product development.
You have experience making informed decisions based on KPIs and internal user research data.
You are a team player and experienced in working in interdisciplinary teams.
You are characterized by strong personal responsibility, empathy, reliability, and clear communication.
You have experience working with diverse teams from design, engineering and business stakeholders.
To be able to communicate effectively with the team, you speak both German and English fluently.

Du verantwortest als Teil des Mobile Banking Teams deinen eigenen Value Stream.
Du definierst und entwickelst deine Roadmap im Kontext der Gesamtstrategie.
Du ermöglichst deinem Team, qualitativ hochwertige Features zu entwickeln und die Meilensteine der Roadmap einzuhalten.
Du meisterst den Balance Akt zwischen der Entwicklung neuer Features und der Stabilitätssicherung bestehender Features.
Du triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen basierend auf Insights von Product Analytics und UX Research.
Du arbeitest eng mit Design, Engineering und Business zusammen, um Anforderungen abgestimmt zu spezifizieren.
Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis und Empathie für die Bedürfnisse und das Verhalten unserer Nutzer.
Du baust enge Beziehungen auf und überzeugst durch klare Kommunikation mit anderen Teams von Neugelb und der Commerzbank.

Wir suchen dich

Du verfügst über 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im agilen Produktmanagement, vorherige Erfahrung in der mobilen App Entwicklung ist ein Bonus, aber kein Muss.
Du hast Kenntnisse und ein tiefes Verständnis der Techniken- und Methoden der modernen Produktentwicklung.
Du hast Erfahrung im Treffen fundierter Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage von KPIs und internen Nutzerforschungsdaten.
Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in und erfahren in der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
Dich zeichnen starke Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit, und klare Kommunikation aus.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams (Design, Engineering und Business) und Interessengruppen.
Um optimal mit dem Team kommunizieren zu können, sprichst du fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
